LangoLabs (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates mobile applications including IELTS Writing Lab, TOEFL Writing Lab, CELPIP Writing Lab, OET for Doctors, OET for Nurses, OET for Pharmacists, and related educational apps (collectively, the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Our Apps store the following data locally on your device using on-device storage (SharedPreferences):
- Your study progress (cards learned, cards reviewed)
- App preferences and settings
- Statistics (study streaks, session history)
This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted.
Purchase Information
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, process, or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. Analytics
We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics (such as Google Analytics or platform-provided analytics) to understand general usage patterns, such as how many users open the app or which features are most popular. This data is not personally identifiable.
